On Saturday, I had the opportunity to mesh two of some of my favorite activities together; Beer and Yoga. Sudwerk Brewery in Davis, CA was hosting an event that has picked up at craft breweries across the country. I don’t know about you, but I tend to get severe ADD when it comes to exercise. Growing up playing sports, the gym never really appealed to me since I preferred to stay active within competitive sports. Recently turning 30- I realized that I needed to step up my exercise game, and there are a few ways I’ve decided to do it.
I’ve recently canceled my gym membership and have decided to try some other methods that will hopefully work better for me. In the Get Fit section of my blog, be prepared to follow me through the following journeys:
1.) Kayla Itsines- BBG- www.kaylaitsines.com- I have just completed week 1 and intend to push my way through 12 full weeks. I’ll talk more about Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guides as the program goes on.
2.) Soul Cycle- www.soul-cycle.com- Get excited to hear my insight on why I’m willing to shell out for soul cycle, and why I love it so much.
3.) Class Pass- Since I tend to lose interest in a single exercise routine, I plan to sign up and try different classes via Class Pass throughout the month. I’ll give my personal insight and reviews of my experience.
4.) Adventures in Northern California- I enjoy skiing, hiking, walking, etc. I’ll give my insight on different places to explore and get active both within the city of San Francisco, as well as throughout Northern California.
